Although using a residential lease management company can be very rewarding, it is essential that you team up with a company that you can trust. By its nature, property management is a fairly intricate field, and nothing could be more damaging to your investment prospects than to place your trust in a management firm that either is incompetent or solely self-serving. Many property management companies have a hidden agenda of making money on the “back end.” They attempt to draw you in with a very reasonable upfront rate, and then once they have you as a client, they will barrage you with a pile of fees for services that they claim are absolutely crucial. We establish good relationships with all contractors and vendors and pay them on time as well as all taxes and all of those pesky property fees.
